Sign ups will be in person at the store or call to reserve a spot. Classes are limited to 6-8 people and I need at least 3 people to sign up to run a class.

Classes take place over two days. You need to be available Saturday afternoon 2:00 - 6:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am -1:00 pm.
We will learn about making and maintaining a starter, making a sourdough loaf, making an Italian sourdough blended loaf, shaping bread, and making rolls. On the second day we will make our sourdough boule, a focaccia and Challah Bread.
Price includes all the bread you make, (4 loaves and rolls,) sourdough starter, a bread making kit, and 8 hours of instruction.
Cost is $250.
It is a fun and informative class.

Bread Guy Breads will be offering Sourdough Bakery Pizza on Thursdays.
This is a cheese pizza made on a sheet pan. We offer slices which an 1/8 of the whole plan. This is served at room temperature and is intended to take home to reheat.

We are now making breakfast sandwiches Tuesday - Friday starting around 7:00 am. Two eggs, Meat, cheese on a homemade sourdough English Muffin or homemade Sourdough Bulkie.
Addtionally, we are proud to carry "As Good As Gold" Coffee. It is local Roaster and our coffee is an organic, Fairtrade medium roast.
