We will be accepting pre orders by phone for

The final list of offerings will be made available the week before Christmas, but will include muffins, pastries, yum buns, danish and cookies.
Our Christmas Cookie Box will be available, more information about this later in the month

All classes are on Saturday Afternoon and continue on Sunday Morning.
The cost includes 5 different types of breads you will make, a bread baking starting kit, sourdouhg starter and 8 hours of instruction and guided practice.

Bakery Pizza
Bread Guy Breads will be offering Sourdough Bakery Pizza on Thursdays.
This is a cheese pizza made on a sheet pan. We offer slices which an 1/8 of the whole plan. This is served at room temperature and is intended to take home to reheat.
Introducing Breakfast Sandwiches and Coffee.
We are now making breakfast sandwiches Tuesday - Friday starting around 7:00 am. Two eggs, Meat, cheese on a homemade sourdough English Muffin or homemade Sourdough Bulkie.
Addtionally, we are proud to carry "As Good As Gold" Coffee. It is local Roaster and our coffee is an organic, Fairtrade medium roast.
